Jim is a knowledgeable, helpful realtor. If he doesn’t have the answer to your question he’ll find it. Responds quickly to phone calls/emails. Is prompt in meeting you at showings, to the extent that when his car broke down, he rode his bike to the house we were to view!. Jim is not the type of  realtor who wishes you luck in your new home and disappears, but makes himself available to you for help with questions and issues weeks and months after you move in. Jim oversaw both the selling of our prior home and purchase of our new one.

Jim was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help us in any way he could . Always had an answer for our questions, and or would get back to us with it. Has many resources we used. Just a great guy, never pushy, very good realtor. Very professional.
